I had the pleasure of working with Nick Soloviov finding my recent rental property. He is professional, responsive and a hard worker. As a self-employed person, it was very difficult finding a property to rent. I've encountered lazy and unmotivated realtors who wouldn't even consider my application because they thought I wasn't employed or making any money. Nick took me through at least 20 different properties until we found the right one and put in a crazy amount of work helping me lock one down. He understands that rentals is a way to build a long-term relationship, and sees rentals as a way to display his hard work and dedication to his clients.
