I enlisted Konrad's services to help me find a tenant for a rental property in downtown Toronto. I've gone through this exercise for the past 2 years with another realtor and decided to make a switch to see if I could get tenants in for longer than a one year lease. BIG difference from my previous Broker. First off, Konrad is responsive, which I know is a HUGE ask of your realtor. He worked with me on comps to price my unit accordingly (higher than my previous rental price), and actually went through each of the offers with me -- identified what he thought was good, bad, noteworthy, and did thorough reference checks for each applicant. He didn't just push the first or highest offer; he understood that I wanted a longer lease and pieced together the offer that would get me just that. My unit got multiple offers, and quickly, so much so that my neighbour requested his services to lease his unit next door.
