He was very professional and was immediately able to book viewings for them. At each listing, he would list the pros and cons of each listing and was very honest, which we really appreciated. His communication was very timely and told us exactly what we absolutely needed to give him, and what would put us in a better spot for the competitive rental market, and handled everything else on his side which eased so much stress off of us.
