About Chase Lye

Born and raised on Toronto Island and having lived all over the city, Chase has an extensive knowledge of Toronto and its many neighbourhoods. After graduating from George Brown College with an advanced diploma in Fitness & Lifestyle Management, Chase honed his skills over a decade helping clients one on one to reach their personal goals. From there, Chase used these skills to transition into real estate where he has spent the last 7 years helping clients ranging from first time home buyers to seasoned investors accomplish their real estate goals. He excels in guiding his clients with professionalism, honesty and humour to achieve whatever move they intend to make. Although he specializes in condos and freehold houses in the city, he has assisted in the purchase and sales in many of the GTA suburbs. When not working Chase’s hobbies include hockey, golf, working out and yoga.
